I use data from the World Input-Output Database and show that trade in information technologies (IT) has a significant contribution to growth foreign intermediate goods 2001–2014 period. China strongly contributed rise IT become one of major suppliers IT. merge these with EU KLEMS database Labour Force Survey obtain dataset 12 European countries 2001–2007 imports are associated lower prices countries. The fall increased demand for high wage occupations reduced medium occupations. Nearly 25% variation can be attributed China.
